toothache.com never asks for your health details. The only thing we collect is an email address, and only if you sign up for the free checklist.
The Toothache Checker
The Checker runs entirely in your browser. Your answers aren't sent anywhere, stored or tied to you. Closing the page erases them.
The tools
The cost estimator, night guard picker and toothbrush finder also run entirely in your browser and save nothing you pick.
The email list
If you sign up for the free home toothache kit checklist, we collect your email address and nothing else. It's stored by our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit), and used only to send the checklist and our emails. We never ask about your symptoms, never sell or share the list, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Links to other companies
When you click a /go/ link, you leave toothache.com. The company you land on, and the affiliate network that tracks the referral, may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Hosting and basic logs
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. It tells us which pages are read and which recommended products get clicked, in aggregate. We don't use advertising trackers.
